Holy shit, I like pie!



Feeling better…

Today was a great day in terms of food choices. I was satisfied most of the day and figured out a trick in case I find myself thinking about eating small children again. I’ve started packing Slim Fast shakes in my lunch since they’re loaded with protein. Hopefully that will help quell the hunger and keep me on track this week. I made quesadillas tonight with WW cheese and healthy tortillas. They were super yummy and I felt really full after eating. They were only four points a piece!!

Hopefully I’ve got this figured out for now. More tomorrow!!
